Camila Naviera has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science awarded by Universidad de Buenos Aires and, thanks to her diverse and early experience as a professional, she offers a complex perspective of analysis, which has been enriched by the multidisciplinary course that she has taken along with her studies. Among them, she has been able to manage different topics such as politics, communication, public managment, sociology, neurosciences, advertising and strategy.

This category prizes "talent, strategy, innovation, leadership qualities and the results with which he has managed an election or a government". "Catalejos" (Spyglass) designed for Mexico, receives the "Best Governmental Television Spot prize" at the Reed Latino awards in 2014, Cancún, Mexico.
During the course of 2014 his campaign "Values" is selected in Doha as the official campaign for the Qatar National Day celebration.
In January 2015 the prestigious Campaigns & Elections magazine once again publishes an interview with Carlos Souto, this time on his being chosen "Consultant of the Year" and on account of his international expansion.
